Medicare’s annual Open Enrollment Period closes Sunday, December 7, 2025, giving beneficiaries only a short time left to enroll, switch plans, or update their coverage for 2026.
Once the deadline passes, most people will not be able to make changes until next fall unless they qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

If You Miss the Deadline
